Self-Esteem Of A Person In Puberty



Some youth in their struggle with themselves, when they start puberty, because the body through many changes. These changes, combined with a natural desire to feel accepted, it can mean for people trying to compare them to other models. You can compare the people around them, or to Celebrities and actors they see on television, in movies or in magazines.

But it is impossible to compare ourselves, because other changes at puberty are for everyone. Some people develop early, others are late bloomers. Some temporary receive a layer of fat in preparation for a growth spurt, others to fill permanently, and others feel as they remain thin, no matter how much they eat. It all depends on how our genes have programmed our bodies.

The changes at puberty can affect how both girls and boys feel about themselves. Some girls feel uncomfortable or embarrassing about their maturation. Others want love, they grow faster. The girls feel themselves too thin pressure, but it possible that the boys how they look too big or muscular.
